The lineup of CUI's buzzers has introduced the 4 series with LED options. Each series offers red, blue, yellow, and green color options, and for the Φ13.8 size, a 1.2Hz pulse (intermittent sound) output type is also available. Furthermore, the Φ32.8 series is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.

In the waterproof type, new additions include small Φ20mm and Φ36mm types, as well as a 31.7mm square type with a wide bandwidth of 230Hz, and an oval type measuring 58 x 35mm with a 6W input. In the square wideband model, new models ranging from 28mm to 48mm square have been introduced, expanding the lineup. The 28mm square size achieves 270Hz, while the 48mm square size achieves 170Hz, and models with lead wires have also been newly added. For circular speakers, three models with Φ18mm and a 2W input have been launched simultaneously, along with models ranging from Φ40mm to Φ48.25mm, including those with F0=145Hz and input options of 5W, 8W, and 10W. Two new models of PDM output digital MEMS microphones have been introduced, designed for microphone arrays and signal processing, with a low frequency range starting from 20 Hz. Both models have a sensitivity of -26dB ±1 dB and an S/N ratio of 65 dB, featuring the top port type "CMM-4030DT-261075-TR" measuring 4.00 x 3.00 x 1.00mm and the bottom port type "CMM-3526DB-26165-TR" measuring 3.50 x 2.65 x 0.98mm. The MEMS microphones with digital signal output that support low frequency bands are user-friendly products suitable for applications such as beamforming, noise cancellation, and sound source localization, where multiple outputs are synthesized.

CUI Devices offers a lineup of buzzers, including the "Indicator" with a built-in drive circuit and the "Transducer" (Sounder) with an external drive circuit. We have released the smallest and thinnest Indicator to date, the "CMI-8536-82-SMT-TR," and the smallest piezo-type Transducer, the "CPT-7502-65-SMT-TR." Both models are surface mount types, making them easy to incorporate into portable and wearable applications due to their ability to sound in minimal space.

A new series of metal frame type slide switches has been added to CUI's lineup. We offer pin type/SMT and vertical/horizontal options with knob lengths ranging from 1.5mm to 7mm, and our lineup includes operating types of SPDT, DPDT, SP3T, and DP3T, with a minimum thickness of 1.1mm.

The lineup of CUI's tactile switches has been newly expanded to include the 8 series, which features types with LED options. It offers a maximum of 7 colors and patterns for the LED color options, as well as side knob types that operate horizontally against the circuit board and IP68 dustproof and waterproof models. A new SMT type has been added to the lineup of push-button terminal blocks. It is a heat-resistant type with a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C, and it is available for vertical and horizontal connections. A pin type at a 45° angle has also been newly introduced as part of the heat-resistant lineup.

A new series has been added to the lineup of rotary DIP switches, allowing for the selection of knobs (caps) in a 10 x 10mm size. The pitch is 2.54mm (with a 5.08mm pitch available for right-angle types), and a wide variety of options are available as shown below, accommodating diverse specifications and shape requirements.

A new model of the CUI potentiometer with a size of 16.5mm and a metal shaft has been released. It comes with washers and nuts for panel mounting, and options for a dual type and a type with a push switch are also available. There are many options for shaft shapes and types of connection terminals, allowing us to meet a variety of requests.

A new model with a sound pressure of 72dB has been added to CUI's piezo buzzer (transducer with external drive circuit) in the smallest size of 9mm x 9mm. It is only 1.9mm thick, making it ideal for portable and wearable applications. It achieves a sound pressure of 72dB, which is more than double the previous 65dB for the same size, and the operating temperature has also been improved to -40℃ to +85℃, allowing for compatibility with a wider range of applications.

A new model has been introduced featuring a MEMS microphone with a minimum size of 2.75 mm x 1.85 mm, which specifies a phase tolerance of 20 Hz in the low-frequency range, making it ideal for microphone arrays and signal processing. This model is user-friendly for beamforming, noise cancellation, and sound source localization. It has an analog output type with a sensitivity tolerance of ±1 dB and a maximum S/N of 64 dB, covering the entire audible range for humans from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. It is suitable not only for multiple uses but also for a wide range of applications. With a thickness of just 0.9 mm to 1.00 mm, it is a new product that can be easily integrated into wearable and portable devices.

A new lineup has been introduced in the waterproof speaker series from CUI Devices, which is widely adopted. We have added 24 models, ranging from the smallest product in the 8Ω speaker category at 15 x 8 x 3mm to the largest waterproof speaker ever at φ57mm x 15.5mm, including many models with the highest waterproof rating of IPX8. Centered around rectangular types, we will meet a wide range of demands with higher input capacity, sound pressure, and diverse size options.

CUI offers over 300 models of speakers ranging from φ10 to φ205mm, allowing us to provide the most suitable products for our customers' diverse needs. We have various options for different shapes and mounting types, but this month we will introduce some of the particularly popular products among those with a diameter of approximately 40mm. Small Diameter Circular Speakers The popular circular type speakers, as mentioned earlier, are available in sizes from φ10 to φ205mm, with the thinnest being 2mm. This popular product type includes various impedances, input watts, and frequencies, primarily featuring lead wire, harness, and solder pad types. SMT Speakers We offer two models of reflow-compatible speakers: 13 x 13 x 4mm and 15 x 15 x 5mm. The resonance frequencies are 1050Hz and 850Hz, and these products are washable and excellent in terms of mountability. IP67 Waterproof Receivers These products are among the smallest in terms of mounting area and volume, measuring 12 x 6 x 2mm and 15 x 6 x 2mm. They come with double-sided tape for easy integration and are ideal for small communication devices such as telephones and headsets, being IP67 dustproof and waterproof.

Since the release of the first generation in 2006 by CUI Devices, the AMT series has built an excellent track record with high reliability and accuracy. It is more robust than optical encoders, resistant to various harsh conditions such as dust, dirt, and oil, and has far superior resistance to vibration and extreme temperatures. Additionally, it does not use LEDs, resulting in a longer lifespan, smaller size, and lower current consumption (6-18mA). It is robust like magnetic encoders, unaffected by magnetic interference or EMC noise, while achieving higher precision and resolution. Moreover, due to its digital nature, users can flexibly change the encoder's resolution. In capacitive encoders, the resolution can be set programmatically, which not only helps optimize the system when designing PID control loops but also allows one model to be used across multiple applications, reducing inventory holding. For BLDC motors, it enables the digital setting of index pulses and alignment, and the diagnostic features included in CUI's GUI software allow users to quickly troubleshoot on-site.

We will introduce some of the magnetic buzzer products that have been frequently inquired about recently. We offer buzzer indicators that have a built-in drive circuit and sound when a DC voltage is applied, as well as transducers (sounders) that require an external drive circuit and can be used at your preferred frequency. These products come in widely used sizes and pin pitches, and their drive voltages make them suitable for consideration as replacements from other companies. At CUI, we continue to develop our product offerings while maintaining a sustainable supply of products through the establishment of a production system with a moderate MOQ, and we will strive to continue supporting our customers' development and production. This is a 450W and 550W AC-DC power supply that can be selected with an open frame, a metal case, or a metal case with a built-in rear fan. The VOF-450C and VOF-550C series are certified under 62368, while the VMS-450C and VMS-550C series are certified for medical use under 60601, and they also comply with 60335 and 61558 standards.

The new minimum model of the CUI noise-canceling (bidirectional) electret condenser microphone has arrived, featuring a diameter of 4mm and a thickness of 1.5mm. This ultra-compact microphone, which has the characteristic of being less sensitive to noise from distant sources, is ideal for communication applications such as headsets.

Following the release of the M12 connector in January, the M8 connector and its cable assemblies have now been introduced. All models are IP67 waterproof compliant, available in male/female configurations with pin counts ranging from 3 to 8 pins (3, 4, 6, and 8 pins are for A-coded 1Gbit Ethernet, while 5 pins are for B-coded Profibus).

CUI's AMT encoders are a lineup of robust and high-precision capacitive hollow shaft encoders designed for installation on motor shafts. Among them, a new incremental encoder that allows resolution settings via DIP switches has been introduced, making it the first type compatible with shafts ranging from φ9mm to 5/8 inch in diameter.

Eighteen new USB Type C receptacles have been introduced. In addition to the newly added USB2.0, USB3.2 Gen2x2, and USB4 standard products, a reasonable 6-pin power supply-only type line has also been expanded. As a result, CUI's USB Type C lineup achieves a maximum data transfer rate of 40Gbps and a maximum power supply of 240W. There are also variations in mounting forms, including SMT, mid-mount SMT, horizontal opening, and vertical opening types, and IP67 and IP68 waterproof types are also available.

In July 2022, a new product line of signal relays was introduced. These are simple and readily available non-latching, pin-type products with switching ratings of 2 to 3A and coil ratings of 150 to 450mW, each offering variations from 3 to 24V.

CUI's DC fans and blowers, available in a lineup ranging from 25 x 25mm to 172 x 152mm, have added PWM control signal output options in many series. This allows for easy access to PWM signal options* in over 300 models. *PWM signal + tachometer signal output, lead wires = 4 wires. (This is available in most models except those with a "V" at the end of the series name, such as the CFM-40V series and CBM-60V series.) In particular, the lineup introduced below can be provided in approximately 16 weeks (made to order, MOQ = 500-600 units) due to a streamlined procurement and supply network that sets it apart from competitors, contributing to the production and design of a wide range of customers.

A new lineup of waterproof types with IP67 and IP68 ratings has been introduced for ultrasonic sensors. These are transceiver (transmit and receive) types, with frequencies ranging from 25kHz to 400kHz. Sizes start from φ10 x 7mm, and options include pin types, lead wires, and lead wire + connector (JAM) types.

Following the panel-mounted M12 connectors introduced in January, we are now launching a lineup of cable assemblies. Options include male/female, straight/L-shaped, and shielded/unshielded types, with 3 to 12 pins (A code, 1Gbit Ethernet) and cable lengths of 1 to 3 meters available.
