Business Activities
Consistent production from single press (single-shot) mold design and manufacturing to progressive (transfer) mold design and manufacturing, assembly tool design and manufacturing, press processing, sheet metal processing, welding, lathe work, machining, wire electrical discharge machining, and assembly of small and large products. We can design and manufacture press molds! Consistent production is possible for press processing, sheet metal processing, welding, lathe work, machining, wire electrical discharge machining, and assembly of small and large products. Sheet metal processing of iron and SUS from 0.5 to 9.0 tons, and laser processing up to 25 tons is available. Mainly, we process and produce parts and covers for agricultural machinery, construction machinery, and printing machinery. Our 400-ton press can accommodate molds up to 1100x1800 (0.5 to 6.0 tons). We handle mass production through manual welding and robot welding (Co2, TIG) as well as assembly processing of various small quantities. Additionally, our fiber laser hybrid processing machine (LC2512C1AJ) has enabled high-precision processing of materials such as copper, brass, and titanium, which previously had processing limitations, becoming a new driving force.
