This is a mouse monoclonal antibody that can specifically detect the SARS-CoV-2 antigen. It was developed in collaboration with Professor Akihide Ryo of the Graduate School of Medicine at Yokohama City University. It has been validated for use in antigen detection methods such as sandwich ELISA and lateral flow immunoassays. Since it is purified and produced from the culture supernatant of hybridomas using serum-free media, it is a high-purity antibody with minimal lot-to-lot variation. 【Features】 ● High specificity and affinity It does not cross-react with SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, or other common human coronaviruses that cause colds, showing high affinity exclusively for SARS-CoV-2. ● Usable for antigen detection methods It has been validated that sandwich ELISA and lateral flow immunoassays can be constructed by combining various antibodies. ● Epitopes of the antibodies have been identified * The epitopes of each antibody will be disclosed after the conclusion of a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA).
