In tests without an extraction process, such as wipe tests, proteins that are soluble in water are detected. However, nut-based products like walnuts and almonds are not easily soluble in water, so it is necessary to make the proteins more soluble. Recently, thanks to Prima Ham's unique technology, we have successfully created a monoclonal antibody that specifically reacts only to "cashew nuts" (patent pending).
