Testing for Specific Raw Materials (Allergens) ■ Qualitative Test (Immunochromatography Method) 1 Sample 5,000 yen (tax included 5,500 yen) *We will use the "Allergen Eye Immunochromatography for Heating." It detects almond protein at 2 ppm (2 μg/g) in food. The almond testing kit is only available domestically from Allergen Eye. For overseas kits, the detection sensitivity may differ from domestic standards, making it difficult to interpret the test results. Allergen Eye is designed to test positive when 2 ppm is mixed in food across all kits, allowing for testing with the same sensitivity as specific raw materials.
