In working in the manufacturing industry and as a manufacturer, you will learn the basics of "monozukuri" (the art of making things) that you want to acquire at a minimum in an easy-to-understand manner. The aim is to alleviate anxiety about work and to adapt smoothly to the workplace environment. ~ Ideal for new hires and initial training for new employees ~ 【What you can learn】 - Acquire the minimum necessary knowledge required on-site, such as 5S and QCD. - Learn the importance of prioritizing safety and adhering strictly to rules. - Understand the behavioral norms necessary for new employees, such as reporting, communication, and teamwork. You can learn through a total of 18 videos (approximately 8 minutes each) and 2 confirmation tests (with explanations) over a period of three months, as many times as you like. *Please inquire about the start date and other details.
