The "BAV-L3 model" is a flat glass peripheral processing machine that can be customized for each individual company. It is designed to process standard mobile glass sizes and consists of a three-axis configuration with XYZ axes. Due to its cassette-type design, it automatically handles everything from glass transport after setting to storage after processing, making it a highly productive machine intended for mass production. The supply and storage of processing workpieces are done using a tray system, and the clamping of the workpieces employs a mechanical clamping method. The "TCV-2D model" is a vertical core drilling machine that processes ultra-telephoto lenses and the outer circumference and beveling of flat glass from digital cameras. To maintain the outer diameter processing accuracy for workpieces with a maximum size of φ150×thickness up to 40mm, it incorporates high-precision guides in the slide section for the grinding wheel shaft. The "TCH-3W-TL5 model" is a horizontal automatic centering machine that processes the outer circumference and chamfering of lenses for digital cameras, in-vehicle cameras, surveillance cameras, and flat glass. The workpiece is transported by an XY robot, and processing is carried out in "fully automatic" operation. By placing the stocker unit at the top of the device, we have achieved a compact design. After polishing, the center of curvature of both sides is aligned with the optical axis connecting them, allowing for the grinding of the outer circumference to specified shape dimensions. Chamfering can also be performed simultaneously to prevent chipping, among other purposes.
