This is a high-precision vertical measuring machine capable of measuring the diameter and length of gauges and high-precision parts up to 30 mm. It allows for variable measurement loads, adjustable from 0.1 N to 3 N. The body is made of synthetic granite (engineered marble) to minimize thermal changes. The ease of handling, which is not possible with horizontal measuring machines, is also a reason for the necessity of this machine.

A contour shape and roughness measuring machine with a measurement range of 280mm x 300mm, using a probe that does not perform arc motion. Due to its high precision, it is also capable of calibrating screw plug gauges/ring gauges and tapered screw plugs/ring gauges. It can cover diameter measurement, roughness measurement, and the 2D shape of contours and roughness.

We have changed the reading from 5μm to 1μm, allowing us to reduce the maximum permissible error (MPE) by half. The electronic unit is a reliable Swiss-made product, which is combined with hardware manufactured in-house by Microtech to create the final product. It undergoes 100% accuracy testing at the ISO17025 certified organization NAAU in Ukraine before shipment. This is a gear digital caliper with unwavering traceability. There are few companies manufacturing gear calipers, and we have started production in response to demand.
