The Airflow Dryer "Fujin" series is designed to utilize airflow, and it can be used for a variety of applications including food products in powder or granular form, pastes formed from these, food waste, and culture substrates. We have devised a method for collecting soot using oil and obtained a patent for it. Since the soot is recovered and dissolved in oil, it can be safely processed by disposing of the recovered oil. For die-casting machines, we provide collection hoods and ducts. We will design them individually according to the robot's position and installation conditions. We can also recover soot from cupolas (foundries), metal melting furnaces, etc., so please feel free to consult us.

Our patented oil smoke and soot recovery device has been redesigned compactly with an emphasis on mist recovery, and this is the DX-10. It falls into the category of small-sized products in our lineup, but it has sufficient capacity for machine tools, allowing for the possibility of using two units. We have a demo unit available for testing.

It is possible to identify the types of PET, PVC, PE, PP, PS, PLA, ABS, PC, and PA. The identification time is about 2 seconds, and by simply holding it under the lamp, you can find out what it is made of. Since mixing these materials during recycling can cause issues, this is an effective method when sorting is done manually. Additionally, new bench-type and handheld models have been added, making it even more convenient.
