Kefir is a type of fermented milk, similar to yogurt. While yogurt is fermented with lactic acid bacteria, kefir is made through fermentation by both lactic acid bacteria and yeast. Additionally, soy milk kefir is created by adding soy milk to kefir grains that contain lactic acid bacteria and yeast, and then fermenting it. As a result, it provides the double power of lactic acid bacteria and yeast. This is something that yogurt, which is fermented solely with lactic acid bacteria, cannot replicate, making it one of the significant advantages of soy milk kefir. Furthermore, in modern society, excessive stress leads to an increase in stress hormones (glucocorticoids), which can cause various symptoms and diseases. One of the major characteristics of soy milk kefir is its ability to suppress these stress hormones, which are its formidable enemy.

The eggshell membrane is insoluble, so its absorption rate is low in its natural state. Fucoidan is a type of sulfated polysaccharide that is abundant in brown algae. Since its discovery by Kylin in Sweden in 1913, various effects have been reported. Darbilia fucoidan is produced from the marine plant Darbilia antarctica, which resembles kelp and inhabits the waters near Antarctica (off the coast of Chile). It also contains Magusisalicilate® (patent No. 5147218), which has a selective inhibitory effect on the enzyme COX-2 (cyclooxygenase-2), involved in the production of substances that cause inflammation and pain.

"Tarayou extract" suppresses the release of histamine, which causes symptoms of hay fever such as itching and runny nose, by over 80%. Additionally, symptoms are alleviated 30 to 40 minutes after consumption.

Fisetin is said to have the effect of enhancing memory. This mechanism was revealed by P. Maher and others in 2006. They reported that in experiments using mice, an intake of 5 mg/kg body weight improved cognitive ability by 20%, and this enhancement effect was attributed to the activation of the hippocampal limbic system.

Tea seed extract is a raw material that has two effects in one, cutting sugar absorption by over 80% and starch absorption by over 50%. It is made from the residue of oil extracted from tea seeds, and the active ingredients are refined using a unique extraction technique. This active substance is unidentified but is a heat-stable terpenoid saponin with a molecular weight of approximately 5,000.
