Our company can measure the total organic carbon (TOC) concentration dissolved in liquid samples using the TC-IC method (a method for measuring samples containing a high amount of volatile organic compounds or prone to foaming) and the NPOC method (a method for measuring samples with low TOC concentrations). From the TOC measurement results, it is possible to understand the amount of organic matter dissolved in the liquid sample. This is used in various fields such as water quality testing of drinking water, research and investigation of rivers and soil, and monitoring of factory wastewater. 【For concerns like these】 ■ Whether river water or drinking water meets standard values ■ Wanting to ship products but unsure if they are contaminated with oil or other organic matter *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Here is an example of fatigue failure, which is a type of fracture. From several microphotographs taken at tens of times magnification, multiple ratchet marks (steps generated by the merging of fatigue fracture surfaces) were observed near the fracture initiation point. Additionally, at approximately 1000 times magnification, striations (fatigue wrinkles) were seen as wave patterns. These characteristic patterns observed in fatigue failure were noted on the fractured surface of this metal component, allowing us to conclude that this metal part failed due to fatigue. [Case Summary] - Features not discernible through macro observation (visual inspection) were revealed. - Ratchet marks and wave patterns known as striations were observed. - It was determined that the failure was due to fatigue. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Here, we present a case of brittle fracture, which is a type of destruction. Upon further microscopic observation (using an electron microscope) of the fracture surface, features that were not apparent in macroscopic observation (visual inspection) became clear. From the microscopic observation images magnified approximately 1000 times, the fracture surface of the metal component displayed characteristics of cleavage fracture and suspected cleavage fracture. These are characteristic fracture surfaces observed in brittle fractures, allowing us to conclude that this metal component was fractured in a brittle manner. 【Case Summary】 ■ Features that were not apparent in macroscopic observation became clear ■ Shapes of cleavage fracture and suspected cleavage fracture were observed ■ It was determined that the fracture occurred in a brittle manner *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company has been evaluating microorganisms contained in compressed air and gases using VWR's SA sampler, which has been adopted in GMP pharmaceutical factories worldwide for many years. The sampler is designed for use within cleanroom use points, making it ideal for evaluations in highly clean environments. In addition to conducting regular microbial contamination assessments during the installation of compressed air and gas facilities, we are also engaged in origin investigations aimed at identifying contamination sources. [Features] - Evaluation of microorganisms contained in compressed air and gases using VWR's SA sampler - Conducting evaluations in high cleanliness environments - Engaging in origin investigations aimed at identifying contamination sources *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

This document introduces the technology of KMD plotting for nonionic surfactants. Surfactants are often used in blends of multiple types, and even when looking at individual surfactants, they are composed of numerous homologs, with the number of contained components often exceeding 100. In such cases, using LC/Q-TOFMS and KMD plot analysis allows for a visual distinction between normal and abnormal products. [Contents] ■ The difficulty of identifying drug-containing components using LC/MS ■ KMD plot analysis using LC/Q-TOFMS data ■ Principles *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

At the Analysis Center Co., Ltd., we offer "Dew Point Temperature Measurement Services." Measuring the pressure dew point (moisture concentration, humidity) in compressed air is essential because improper humidity (moisture) in compressed air can lead to a decline in air quality and an increase in maintenance due to equipment deterioration, among other issues. To prevent such problems before they occur, we provide regular pressure dew point (moisture concentration, humidity) measurement services. 【Device Specifications (Excerpt)】 ■ Measurement Range: -100 to 20℃ dp ■ Dew Point Accuracy: ±2℃ (-100 to 20℃ dp) ■ Response Time: Within 30 minutes up to -60℃ dp ■ Operating Pressure: Maximum 35 MPa ■ Display Resolution: 0.1℃ dp *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
