■Coating for Inner Diameter - Coating cannot be applied to inner diameters of 10 mm or less. - For diameters larger than this, the basic depth will be twice the inner diameter; please consult us each time. ■Maximum and Minimum Usable Sizes - Coating can be applied to a maximum roll or plate size of approximately 2m in height, 2m in width, and 9m in depth. - Coating is also possible for small items, such as those the size of a palm. ■Regarding Recoating - It is possible to remove the existing film by blasting and reapply the coating; coating over films from other companies is also possible (consultation required). - Partial recoating or repairs are not possible. All existing films must be removed before recoating. ■Applicable Materials - Coating can be applied to common metals such as SS, SUS, and AL. - Due to the blasting and firing processes, coating cannot be applied to materials like resin or rubber (some exceptions may apply). ■Finish Precision of Coating Thickness - As it is spray coating, uniform thickness cannot be achieved, and variations within the standard thickness range will occur. - The finish will be as formed, so dimensional tolerance finishing through mechanical polishing after film formation is generally not possible. Since the thickness may vary depending on the shape of the processed item, please consult us if precision is required.

■ Thin plates, thin-walled rolls - Warping or distortion may occur due to shot blasting during pre-treatment or heat treatment during firing. The degree of impact varies depending on the material, shape, and size, so please consult us in advance. ■ Welded parts - In the case of spot welding, distortion or damage may occur at the welded parts, so please apply bead welding as much as possible. ■ Hollow structures (such as rolls) - Since there are processes that involve heat treatment, if it is a hollow roll without air release holes, the air inside the roll may expand, leading to damage at the roll welds or the detachment of the shrink-fit parts. Therefore, for hollow rolls, please ensure that air release holes are processed on the side of the roll. ■ Burn color of the base material - Since heat treatment is performed, there may be burn discoloration on the surface of the metal base material. ■ Jig holding parts - Due to the painting and drying process, the base material is suspended or fixed using dedicated jigs (such as hooks) for processing, which may result in areas where the coating does not adhere at the points of contact with the jig. *If a full coating is required, hole processing will be necessary. ■ Masking - Masking of grooves and holes may be difficult depending on their shape and size, so please consult us in advance.
