■Coating for Inner Diameter - Coating cannot be applied to inner diameters of 10 mm or less. - For diameters larger than this, the basic depth will be twice the inner diameter; please consult us each time. ■Maximum and Minimum Usable Sizes - Coating can be applied to a maximum roll or plate size of approximately 2m in height, 2m in width, and 9m in depth. - Coating is also possible for small items, such as those the size of a palm. ■Regarding Recoating - It is possible to remove the existing film by blasting and reapply the coating; coating over films from other companies is also possible (consultation required). - Partial recoating or repairs are not possible. All existing films must be removed before recoating. ■Applicable Materials - Coating can be applied to common metals such as SS, SUS, and AL. - Due to the blasting and firing processes, coating cannot be applied to materials like resin or rubber (some exceptions may apply). ■Finish Precision of Coating Thickness - As it is spray coating, uniform thickness cannot be achieved, and variations within the standard thickness range will occur. - The finish will be as formed, so dimensional tolerance finishing through mechanical polishing after film formation is generally not possible. Since the thickness may vary depending on the shape of the processed item, please consult us if precision is required.

- Outstanding non-stick properties and dirt resistance achieve a reduction in maintenance workload and an improvement in quality - Cleaning operations for base materials inside vehicle painting booths can be time-consuming and labor-intensive. In this regard, Solnas is effective in preventing paint adhesion on painting jigs, paint tanks, and recovery pans. It reduces the workload of scraping with scrapers and cleaning with solvents, while also preventing wear and deformation of the base materials themselves. Additionally, we have a large firing furnace measuring 2.5m x 2.5m x 10m, which allows us to handle the processing of large base materials. • Painting Machine

The Solnas "S-2009" is effective for preventing resin adhesion during resin molding! Resin molding involves pouring molten resin into molds, but have you ever experienced resin sticking to the mold and not coming off during removal after cooling? For such troubles, "S-2009" exhibits outstanding non-stick properties. In particular, "S-2009" has a proven track record with polyethylene-based resins. Our company is equipped with various sizes of sintering furnaces, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of items from small to large. If you are facing issues with resin adhesion not only with molds but also in other processes, please feel free to consult us. • Resin mold

SOLNAS is effective for adhesive adhesion and varnish stain prevention in the assembly and transport of cardboard boxes! For conveyor rollers of cardboard cases and adhesive and varnish stain prevention on cardboard products, SOLNAS and SOLNAS X are optimal. They significantly reduce the cleaning time for dirt attached to the rollers! Additionally, they improve slip resistance, eliminating jams and snags with the cardboard, allowing for smooth transport. For enhanced wear resistance, we recommend the composite coating of ceramic thermal spraying and fluoropolymer coating, SOLNAS X. In particular, we have a long track record of preventing roller dirt and improving cleanability with anti-slip varnish on conveyor rollers in the cardboard stacking lines of beverage manufacturers. Starting from June 2025, a "Positive List System" will be fully implemented, allowing only substances listed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to be used for utensils and packaging materials that come into contact with food (such as synthetic resins). Resin products and manufacturing parts involved in food production will also be subject to this regulation, and it will be necessary to select coating materials from the positive list for fluorine coatings, silicone coatings, and other resin coatings. Ognas (OGNAS) is effective for cutting, holding, and adhesion countermeasures on adhesive sheets in transport lines! If you are having trouble with the adhesion of adhesive sheets or labels during product manufacturing, Ognas is the optimal solution. By applying Ognas coating to the adhesive parts of packaging machines, adhesive sheet transport machines, and label sealing machines, adhesive tapes and label sheets will not stick at all. *Please note that coating on blades and cutting edges may result in loss of sharpness. The durability is outstanding, allowing for continued use over several years (depending on application and frequency of use). • Other packaging machines

Vulcanization is the process of adding sulfur as a crosslinking agent to raw rubber materials, followed by applying heat to induce a chemical reaction that alters the molecular structure of the rubber. The rubber before vulcanization is a sticky substance similar to clay, but through the chemical reaction with sulfur, the rubber molecules are linked together, resulting in an elastic body that changes from a viscous state.

• Rubber mold

"OGNAS" is designed for various thermal spraying and silicone composite coatings, resulting in a surface roughness of the thermal spray coating on metals and ceramics that appears as a pearlescent texture. While the thermal spray coating offers benefits in terms of point contact and release properties, its roughness can sometimes affect customer products, leading to cases where desired applications cannot be used. In response to such feedback, we have newly added the silicone coating "S-8010," which forms fine irregularities without using thermal spraying. This is a composite coating that forms a base layer of special metallic fine powder and disperses silicone. Like OGNAS, it exhibits excellent release properties, preventing adhesive tapes and adhesives from sticking. The pencil hardness is above 4H, and it can be used at temperatures up to approximately 200°C. We can also provide coating sample plates. Please make use of it for adhesion prevention measures on film rollers and guide components.

In response to the recent trend of PFAS regulations and prohibitions, efforts to find alternative materials for fluorine coatings have been increasing. We would like to introduce the PFAS-free low-friction lubricating coating 'S-8008'. 'S-8008' is a PFAS-free lubricating coating that combines molybdenum disulfide and special polymers. Its initial friction coefficient is low at 0.09, demonstrating excellent performance even under high-load sliding conditions. The binder resin used is highly resistant to corrosion, showing nearly 1000 hours of durability in salt spray tests. Please utilize it as a low-friction coating for various industrial equipment applications and components as an alternative to fluorine coatings.

"Plasma Coat (super non-stick treatment)" has high hardness and durability of thermal spray coatings made from metals, cermets, ceramics, etc., along with the extremely high non-stick properties of silicone resin, and also possesses high grip friction characteristics. "PC1137" is a composite coating of ceramic thermal spray and silicone. It has a proven track record as a non-stick solution for various components such as guide rollers and receiving bases.
