By incorporating this touch panel, we not only prevent 'no printing' but also display the causes of various troubles, allowing immediate identification and resolution of the issues on-site. The upper and lower heating plates are key components that enable the powerful heat sealing of our bag sealer series. These heating plates can be considered the most important parts for users, as they influence both the safety of the product and its aesthetic appeal. There is a case where we significantly changed the standard 20mm width and 1.5mm horizontal pitch of the upper and lower heating plates based on customer requests. As an example born from customer needs, a sealing machine equipped with a new shape of heating plate suitable for products that require cutting a part of the product bag with scissors has been delivered as the customer's original sealer (see attached image on the left). In my personal opinion, among the various product arrangements in the bag sealer series, this heating plate arrangement is the most groundbreaking and holds the potential to expand further based on customer ideas.
