"Polyimide adhesive tape" is made by coating an adhesive onto polyimide film. It can withstand extreme low temperatures of -269°C and high temperatures of up to 400°C for short periods, with those coated with silicone-based adhesives usable at heat resistance class 200 (200°C) or heat resistance class H (180°C). The product "S-2115/TH-GC012" is a glass cloth with a thickness of 0.14mm coated with a heat-resistant and chemical-resistant silicone adhesive, resulting in a total thickness of 0.19mm for the glass cloth adhesive tape.
