SIRC Co., Ltd. has introduced "SIRC Cloud," equipped with power loss analysis features developed in collaboration with Toyota Gosei Co., Ltd., along with IoT power sensor units, to Toyota Gosei's production sites. The two companies signed a business partnership in October 2024 aimed at reducing CO2 emissions, developing a system that integrates Toyota Gosei's energy-saving expertise with SIRC's sensing and cloud technology. SIRC Cloud visualizes and analyzes the operational status and power consumption of each facility, making it easier to identify wasted power during non-operational times and compare improvement effects. The IoT power sensor units can be retrofitted to existing equipment without the need for extensive construction. As a result of the implementation, the analysis time required for aggregating and comparing power data has been reduced by 80% compared to previous methods, streamlining daily energy-saving improvements. Currently, demonstrations are being conducted at domestic affiliated companies, and in the future, we will contribute to CO2 reduction in the manufacturing industry through deployment to Toyota Gosei's main body and affiliated companies, as well as offering to the general market.

We have updated the functions of the data logger "DLG03-060" and the outdoor long-range communication gateway "LGW01-040-N." With this update, in addition to SIRC's sensors, the variety of connections with third-party sensors has expanded, allowing for a wider range of measurement environments. Additionally, the LGW01-040-N has enhanced its data output methods. In addition to the conventional Modbus, it now supports data output via MQTT and HTTP (API), enabling more flexible integration with upper systems and customer environments. Furthermore, we have improved the speed of reflecting various settings, making the configuration process smoother. Customers purchasing the new target products will be able to utilize the features after the update. Existing customers using the target products can access the new features through a paid software update. For more details about the update, please contact us via the inquiry form on our website.

SIRC Co., Ltd. has been selected as one of the "300 Flourishing Small and Medium Enterprises and Small Business Operators" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Small and Medium Enterprise Agency. The "300 Flourishing Small and Medium Enterprises and Small Business Operators" program recognizes small and medium enterprises that are expected to contribute to the growth of the regional economy and the Japanese economy by responding to changes in the economic and social structure, and by challenging business transformation and new ventures. This time, we received a recommendation from the Embassy of Japan in Rwanda and were chosen in the "DX" category out of five categories: "Growth Strategy and Productivity Improvement," "Overseas Expansion," "GX," "DX," and "Investment in People and Environmental Development." Our company provides DX solutions utilizing IoT sensors that can be retrofitted to existing equipment, visualizing power consumption and operational status for each piece of equipment, thereby supporting the efficiency of operations in manufacturing sites and promoting energy conservation. In the Republic of Rwanda, we conducted a survey on water loss reduction and energy-saving measures using IoT sensors, exploring the possibilities of pressure monitoring and remote monitoring in water supply infrastructure. The results of the local survey are expected to contribute to the prevention of leaks and water theft, stable water supply, and the sustainable operation of water supply businesses.
