Ideas are born from things.
We do not think that "throwing away" is evil. Of course, we do not think that creating various products is evil either. However, unfortunately, those products will eventually reach the end of their usefulness and become unnecessary. Most things that exist in the world will ultimately be crushed, incinerated to ash, and taken to landfills. The lifespan of the things we create to improve our lives continues until they are buried. When we confront this fact, which we somewhat understand, we must ask ourselves if our business can remain as it is. Our parent company, Nakadai, is a waste disposal company that achieves a recycling rate of 99%. We are able to recycle almost all of the waste that is brought in daily. However, is it truly the best course of action for us to simply put the things created to improve our lives into the flow of "recycling"? To solve this fundamental issue, Monofactory was born. By focusing on the two points of creation and disposal, we will connect all processes, including the distribution of goods, in a loop. Using the sorting and dismantling technologies and know-how we have cultivated so far, we aim to realize a society based on circulation.
Business Activities
a) Building management based on a scheme for collecting corporate products and circulation Using the know-how and network cultivated through transactions with various companies in the waste industry, we are engaged in the construction of production, sales, and collection schemes based on circulation. We also build management that realizes operations and consulting aimed at the expansion of corporate SDGs, CO2 reduction, improvement of recycling rates, and cost reduction. b) Corporate support, training, and lectures for new business creation You can experience and acquire the processes that led to the creation of the innovative "Mono: Factory," as well as the internal communication, team building, and governance methods that sustain it, through workshops and lectures alongside business model development. We are also focusing on nurturing the next generation by holding regular classes at educational institutions. c) Planning to enjoy materials, proposals related to environment, CSR, and CSV Using waste, which could potentially create a negative image for companies, we conduct various plans, events, and commercialization that connect to the understanding of the company under the concept that "ideas are born from materials."
