Traditionally, various measures have been taken, such as "sanding," "applying anti-static agents," and "reducing peeling speed," but each of these has its own challenges. The laser polishing technology we propose addresses these issues and is gaining considerable attention as a new surface processing method. Since the surface is not ground down, the flatness of the stage remains unchanged, and there is no concern about the generation of grinding debris (particles). Furthermore, the working time can be significantly reduced compared to manual polishing.
