The UV power unit is a power supply device for electronically controlled UV irradiation systems, outputting a stable rectangular wave (10,000Hz) using high-frequency technology. Due to high-speed IGBT switching technology, it allows for stepless dimming from 10% to 100%, enabling the formation of output curves during UV paint curing with multi-lamp UV irradiation systems. With a short startup time of 70 seconds or less and the ability to set the UV irradiation system to a standby state at 10% to 20% output during production line changeovers, it significantly reduces power consumption. This product allows for dimming of the UV lamp, with a range from 10% to 100%. Therefore, during the startup of the painting line or when changing setups, it can be lit at around 10-20%, significantly reducing standby power consumption. As standard models, we manufacture and sell the Natural Roll Coater (N), Natural Reverse Roll Coater (NR), and Natural Reverse Wiping Roll Coater (NR-W). The upper roll (coating roll, doctor roll, etc.) with lifting function is supported by LM guide rails that do not produce play, enabling high-precision and stable application. The backup roll features a structure that can accommodate thickness variations in the substrate through a spring (optional: air cylinder) cushion. The coater roll, doctor roll, and backup roll (feed transport roll) are driven by individual motors, allowing for variable speed control via inverters for each roll. Wiping blades can be selected based on application, including urethane blades and steel blades, enabling effective scraping.
