I was engrossed in distributing reflective keychains at a Japanese exhibition. This was my first time using them as a user, rather than from the perspective of a producer. There were Japanese people who immediately attached them to their bags as gifts for their children upon receiving them. I was pleased to see that they appreciated these small decorations, which not only look good but also contribute to personal safety, and I felt that I had done something meaningful. The bear-shaped, star-shaped, and owl-shaped ones were especially popular. When I thought about taking a commemorative photo, I found that I only had rectangular ones left. The exhibition was fun.

The client came to our company from Japan for a meeting. This is their second visit this year, and they brought us delicious sweets again. The client often tries to introduce us by asking, "How do you think we got to know K-LITE?" Every time I think about it, I find it to be a mysterious connection. Even though we are doing business together, we have never met before the factory inspection. I sincerely appreciate the trust we have received. This serves as the energy for us to fully support our client. Through our relationship with the client, I have learned a lot about Japanese business practices and culture. When we arrived at the conference room, it was the first time the client presented a PowerPoint and properly introduced their company. I was moved. I am also looking forward to enjoying local plum wine together again.
