In the manufacturing industry, we would like to introduce an example of a solution implemented when introducing a "Quality Check System" to simplify inspections. Products undergoing quality checks are photographed, and the images are stored on a NAS. The images from the NAS are displayed on a large monitor. The clarity of the display improves the accuracy of quality checks. We will introduce a case study of a system that visualizes manufacturing information by importing "equipment operation signals," "sensor measurement values," "fault signals," etc., from the PLC at the manufacturing site to the SCADA server. The collected data can be viewed from client terminals using a web browser (Edge). Additionally, the collected equipment operation signals, sensor measurement values, and fault signals are stored on the SCADA server. After implementation, it becomes possible to monitor the operational status of equipment on the manufacturing site in real-time from the factory office or other locations. We would like to introduce a case study of a system developed to measure the weight of waste materials generated in a factory, classify the waste, and select disposal methods. The weight measured by the scale is automatically recorded to prevent input errors, and the collected information can be checked from a computer.
