[Development Case] Traceability System

Introduction of a system that allows traceability information from raw materials to semi-finished products to finished products to be referenced via a web system.

We would like to introduce an example of the "Traceability System" developed by TCC. This system links each process from the input of raw materials to processing and inspection with production equipment, managing product traceability information using handheld terminals. It allows for the long-term storage of production performance information obtained from production equipment, enabling tracing from products to raw materials, and makes it easy to display the performance information of each production equipment on a web screen. Since it is not an automated line, the handheld terminal recognizes the barcodes of semi-finished products and each piece of equipment, linking production performance information with semi-finished product information. 【Implementation Effects and Points】 ■ By centrally managing equipment production information in the production process, it is possible to manage all regular operations and analyses within a single system. ■ Traceability information from raw materials to semi-finished products to finished products can be referenced through the web system. ■ By using the web system, if a terminal capable of network connection is provided, data on the system can be referenced. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

【Development Case】Precious Metal Management System

Achieving improvements in quality and profitability! Realizing factory visualization and traceability.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Precious Metal Management System" developed by TCC. This system aims to improve productivity, quality, profitability, and reduce management workload by centrally managing the business processes involved in manufacturing automotive exhaust gas purification catalysts. It collects production information such as output, time axis, and equipment downtime from each process and external systems, achieving visibility in the factory and traceability. By collecting and managing product defect information (location, time, condition, cause), it aims to enhance quality and profitability. 【Implementation Effects and Points】 ■ By automating production planning, it can be quickly created while considering complex conditions. ■ Managing planning and inventory information within the system allows for instant data retrieval and easy display of statistical information, leading to improved profitability. ■ Real-time production instructions for the production process enable the manufacturing of only the necessary products in the required quantities, reducing unnecessary inventory. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Development Case] Input/Output Board Driver Development

We will introduce a case where a general-purpose driver was developed to ensure the operation of digital/analog input/output boards.

We would like to introduce a case study of "Input/Output Board Driver Development" conducted by TCC Corporation. This system was developed to run on a certain manufacturer's FA computer, equipped with Wind River's embedded real-time OS: VxWorks, and to operate the manufacturer's digital/analog input/output board by developing a general-purpose driver. As a result, we were able to add VxWorks, an OS with high reliability and safety, to the lineup of A control equipment manufacturer's PC. 【Implementation Effects and Points】 ■ We were able to add VxWorks, an OS with high reliability and safety, to the lineup of A control equipment manufacturer's PC. ■ We customized the Intel Pentium 4 BSP included with WorkBench to create a general-purpose driver that does not depend on the type of input/output board for a certain company. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Development Case] Production Instruction System

You can also perform product checks in the shipping process using a handheld terminal.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Production Instruction System" developed by TCC. This system has a three-layer structure consisting of ERP, MES, and PLC areas. The MES receives production schedule information and product composition information from the ERP and sends production instructions to the PLC, which uses signal lights and picking lamps to direct the picking of cases and small parts. Additionally, it issues management labels (QR codes) for products and conducts assembly checks at the initial process, as well as inspections at the final process. 【Features】 - Sequential production can be performed based on instructions from the host, reducing unnecessary manufacturing. - Production adjustments can be made on the MES side, allowing for flexible production. - Picking errors for parts have been eliminated. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Development Case] Product Re-inspection System

Centralized management of data is possible! You can now search and aggregate re-examination results, leading to improved efficiency in other operations.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Product Re-inspection System" developed by TCC. This system digitizes re-inspection information that is currently managed by hand (re-inspection data). It receives re-inspection requests from the product shipping system (existing system) and includes an approval function for inspection results, ensuring that incorrect inspection results are not communicated to the product shipping system. Additionally, it transmits inspection results to the product shipping system. By converting re-inspection data into electronic data, it enables data search and aggregation. 【Implementation Effects and Points】 ■ By digitizing re-inspection requests and results, centralized management of data is possible. ■ The collaboration between the product shipping system and the re-inspection system through electronic data allows for the tracking of re-inspection results within the system, improving the efficiency of shipping operations. ■ The ability to search and aggregate re-inspection results also contributes to the efficiency of other operations. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Development Case] ALC Production Instruction Distribution System

By placing PLC (G/W) operation terminals at each line, it is possible to view and operate data while being on-site!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "ALC Production Instruction Distribution System" developed by TCC. This system receives production instruction data from ALC via FTP, and the distribution server expands it into distribution data for each manufacturing process line and stores it in a database. The expanded distribution data is sent from the distribution server to the PLC (G/W) of each manufacturing process line. The G/W transmits the data in response to data requests from the manufacturing process equipment PLC. Quality information from each manufacturing line is accumulated in the database of the information management server via the G/W. 【Implementation Effects and Points】 ■ Recovery from system troubles can be performed quickly. ■ Prevents manufacturing line stoppages due to troubles in upper systems. ■ Allows for data viewing and operation while on-site. ■ A common program can be used for all PLCs, reducing software production costs when expanding manufacturing lines. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
