Proton Engineering's proton thawing machine achieves speed through its patented technology of "100% humidity." It focuses on "latent heat" as an energy source at low temperatures and high humidity. Since latent heat stores a significant amount of thermal energy, it serves as an efficient thawing method. The thawing program offers 10 patterns, and data retrieval for operating temperatures is possible. After thawing, it automatically switches to refrigeration mode, completing the process from "thawing to refrigeration" with a single unit. There is also a holiday mode available, allowing it to be used as a refrigerator. By maintaining an environment with a relative humidity of 100%, speedy thawing is achieved even at low temperatures (10°C).
