■Issues and Causes In the factory inspection area, more time was spent on tasks before and after measurement, such as recording and inputting measurement results, than on the measurement itself. The measurement devices (calipers, micrometers, three-dimensional measuring machines, etc.) and recording systems (Excel, dedicated inspection systems, MES, QC process charts) were separate, requiring a double task of "measurement → note-taking → PC input," which decreased work efficiency. ■Solution We introduced a voice input inspection data registration system called "WorkingVoice."
