We would like to introduce a case study of the development of a servo control board for a charging and discharging device for an electrochemical equipment manufacturer. We would like to introduce a case where we delivered a multi-channel electrode control system to a display-related manufacturer. They requested the development of an electrode control unit that transmits information from 600 electrodes to a PC application. We proposed redesigning the FPGA for multi-channel electrode control, redesigning various control boards to meet size requirements, and providing design and manufacturing for harnesses and enclosures. We completed the assembly by enclosing the various control boards in the enclosure and conducting coupling tests, and we also completed system testing through on-site adjustments. We would like to introduce a case of prototype development of a voice input/output device using DSP for electronic component manufacturers. The company is collaborating with a university to prototype a product that extracts the desired voice while removing noise. However, they requested assistance with circuit design and software design due to a lack of know-how. We would like to introduce a case study of board development for writing control device information to an SD card for a control device manufacturer. There was a board that wrote control device information to a CF card, and there was a request to change the CF card to an SD card or USB memory, as well as to reduce manufacturing costs and make it more compact compared to the current board. We proposed that by using a control IC that does not require a license and switching to a low-cost, compact microcontroller, it would be possible to lower the overall cost. We would like to introduce a case of developing an LED display section for a manufacturer of inspection equipment. The company was facing difficulties because the LED driver IC mounted on the LED control board of their existing product became unavailable, and they requested a proposal for a successor model. In response, we proposed LED control using a PIC microcontroller. We developed the design for the LED driver peripheral circuit and the microcontroller firmware, and delivered a prototype in the form of a universal board. We would like to introduce a case where we delivered an ink droplet image inspection device to an inkjet printer development manufacturer. They requested to investigate the ejection speed, spacing, curvature, and ink volume of the ink droplets ejected from the ink head. We proposed to synchronize a high-resolution camera and a strobe light with the ink head ejection, capturing data from the camera images to a PC for image processing, allowing us to inspect the ejection state of the ink. We requested a cooperating manufacturer to produce the inspection stage, fixtures, and electrical components, while using commercially available cameras and strobes. We designed the circuit board for ink head ejection, developed the FPGA design, and created the application for the PC, which we then delivered. We would like to introduce a case where we proposed an image processing system for scratch detection and defective product detection to a manufacturing company.
