[Challenge] The company was in need of outsourcing the assembly work of electrical products related to home appliances during a concentrated production planning period. [Proposal] Since we had previously worked together and received positive feedback on our quality, we proposed to visit their workspace and take on the assembly of parts. [Solution] Even for high-difficulty tasks, we were able to quickly identify the causes of difficulties and create jigs as solutions by the next day.
