This time, due to the need for a large number of control panels of the same model for a new factory construction, we had been requesting various subcontractors, but we were looking for new subcontractors. 【Challenge】 We needed a large number of control panels of the same model, and although we had requested various subcontractors, we still lacked sufficient subcontractors and were searching for new ones. 【Proposal】 We proposed that we could consistently undertake the assembly of 5 control panels per month as requested by the client. 【Resolution】 Since our company had been subcontracting for parts assembly for a major company, we possessed knowledge of wire processing and soldering skills, which resulted in high-quality deliveries that were greatly appreciated. Although we were initially requested as a new subcontractor, we have continued to receive orders even after five years, and the president has stated that we are the most reliable company with very few defective products.
