The "MK Mist Separator" is a product that can remove over 99% of mist from gas at high speeds. The claw-like protrusions (troughs) that collect mist colliding with the blades, along with notches etched into the blade surface, enable high-efficiency mist removal and prevent re-entrainment. With this blade, particles larger than 20μ can be almost completely separated. The "MK Corrosion-Resistant Scrubber" has successfully achieved compactness and is a corrosion-resistant FRP scrubber that does not require a large installation area. It adopts packing materials with a large effective leakage area, such as structured packing and other fillers. The washing liquid updates the liquid level while repeating aggregation and dispersion, enhancing the gas-liquid contact effect. The "MK High Chemical Pipe" is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant FRP pipe produced through long-accumulated production technology and unique development using FW machine molding.
