Heat treatment deals with natural phenomena and imparts the desired functions to steel. Since we cannot change the natural phenomena themselves, the success of heat treatment relies entirely on what happens "before heat treatment." At Mutou Industries, we emphasize education based on "knowledge-based experience," demonstrating our capabilities in hypothesis formulation, proposal-making, and responsiveness. If you provide us with the drawings, we will ensure the quality after heat treatment in collaboration with the machining industry. We will enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as necessary.
Business Activities
Small Lot and Short Delivery Metal Heat Treatment ● Vacuum Heat Treatment By equipping both large and small furnaces, we achieve short delivery times even for a wide variety of small lots. ● Quenching and Tempering We primarily handle heat treatment for very small products (a few dozen grams) to medium-sized products (up to 50 kg), but we can accommodate all types of heat treatment through collaboration with our heat treatment network. ● Annealing Based on the data accumulated over many years of heat treatment methods, we achieve precise heat treatment. ● Sub-Zero Treatment We can handle requests ranging from large items to a variety of small lots. ● Carburizing Quenching We can perform heat treatment for various products, from precision parts to automotive components and industrial machinery. ● Nitriding We accommodate a wide range of needs from small lots to mass production, for both precision small parts and large components. ● High-Frequency Heat Treatment Only the parts requiring wear resistance are surface hardened through induction heating. ● Flame Hardening Skilled craftsmen accurately control the temperature using the color of the flame. Additionally, please consult us for solid solution heat treatment, age hardening treatment, plating, surface modification, and more.
