Small Lot and Short Delivery Metal Heat Treatment ● Vacuum Heat Treatment By equipping both large and small furnaces, we achieve short delivery times even for a wide variety of small lots. ● Quenching and Tempering We primarily handle heat treatment for very small products (a few dozen grams) to medium-sized products (up to 50 kg), but we can accommodate all types of heat treatment through collaboration with our heat treatment network. ● Annealing Based on the data accumulated over many years of heat treatment methods, we achieve precise heat treatment. ● Sub-Zero Treatment We can handle requests ranging from large items to a variety of small lots. ● Carburizing Quenching We can perform heat treatment for various products, from precision parts to automotive components and industrial machinery. ● Nitriding We accommodate a wide range of needs from small lots to mass production, for both precision small parts and large components. ● High-Frequency Heat Treatment Only the parts requiring wear resistance are surface hardened through induction heating. ● Flame Hardening Skilled craftsmen accurately control the temperature using the color of the flame.
