Business Activities
We develop custom-made inspection and control units to realize your company's "wants." We meet the special needs of the research, development, and prototyping stages. [Image inspection system that replaces "craftsmanship"] A customized unit that uses AI/image processing to automatically detect specific defects (color unevenness, minute scratches, burrs, etc.) in fine parts and special materials. We provide highly versatile inspection jigs and equipment with easy program switching to accommodate high-mix, low-volume production. [Urgent/Low-Volume Microcomputer Control Boards] We design and prototype dedicated microcomputer control boards with signal generators, high-precision power supplies, and special interfaces, which are necessary in the early stages of product development and research, with short delivery times and low cost. We are particularly well-suited for the development of systems that require multi-point measurement, digitization of analog signals, and data logging. [Retrofitting (adding functions) to FA equipment] Development of small control devices that retrofit old equipment with network connectivity and sensor-based condition monitoring functions.
