By adding perforations to the PE, which is the reason for its difficulty in cutting, after printing and then laminating, a pouch packaging is created that provides guidance during cutting, balancing ease of opening with barrier properties.

▶Surface Treatment - Laser Hardening Laser irradiation is applied only to the cutting edge, achieving a hardness of HRC65 through partial quenching. This is suitable for operations like full cuts where the cutting edge is prone to damage. - F-Coat (Non-Stick Treatment) Tujikawa's unique non-stick coating, "F Coat," reduces the adhesion of ink and glue. Additionally, due to its very thin coating, it does not affect the blade height. - DLC Coating By applying a DLC coating with very high hardness and wear resistance, it contributes to longer tool life. The film thickness is about a few microns. ▶Flexible Die Mounting Base The base, which has been processed for parallelism, is ideal for use in combination with high-precision sharpening dies. We can accommodate various requests such as waste removal holes created by wire processing and positioning pin machining. Designs considering attachment to press machines are also possible. ▶ Anvil Roll It is a flat roll with nothing on the roll body. The surface is polished with fine grinding stones to increase surface roughness. It is finished as an anvil roll that can receive the optimal condition without small unevenness when cutting with a die-cut roll or embossing with an embossing roll. ▶ Suction Anvil Roll This roll has many small holes on the surface of the roll body. By sucking in or blowing out air through these small holes, it prevents the cut products or waste from scattering and allows for the suction of debris. ▶ Pocket Anvil Roll This roll has recessed areas on the roll body. It is an anvil roll used for cutting or embossing thicker products. The recesses are created to prevent the product surface from rubbing during cutting or embossing.
