Foil stamping printing is a printing method that transfers a design engraved on a metal relief plate, called a foil plate, onto printed materials by applying heat and pressure to a foil film. Compared to foil processing methods that do not use plates, such as cold foil, it produces a stronger shine and a slight texture, resulting in a more impactful appearance. It is used not only for printing on paper but also for branding on leather and wood, as well as for embossing and stamping. It allows for multiple heights and smooth texture expressions. With Tsujikawa's 3D modeling technology, it is possible to create not only geometric shapes but also organic and realistic reliefs. Furthermore, by utilizing laser engraving, delicate embossed patterns can be expressed. The laser engraving plate is suitable for expressing the texture of different materials such as leather, fabric, and embroidery.

The edges are sharp, which is a characteristic that allows for good foil cutting. ▶ Magnesium Plate (Etching/Corrosion Plate) Compared to hard copper plates, it has lower durability and is more prone to oxidation, making it suitable for small lots. It is characterized by its ability to express fine patterns. ▶ Engraving Plate It meets additional requests that cannot be achieved with corrosion plates (such as high durability, improved foil cutting, and the desire for plates with even deeper depths than deep engraving specifications).
