We would like to introduce the "Silicone Rubber Heater" handled by Proheat. This is a flexible, lightweight, thin sheet heater that is insulated by sandwiching a heating element reinforced with glass cloth between silicone rubber sheets. It can be manufactured in various shapes, such as convex, concave, or donut shapes, to match the heating target. The "Nozzle Heater" we handle is a compact version of a band heater, processed into a small-diameter cylindrical shape from a plate heater. It is a cylindrical heater specifically designed for nozzle heating in injection molding machines and extrusion machines, with the outer circumference designed to minimize protrusions to avoid interference with the surroundings. The "plate heater" is a flat heater that consists of a mica board with a strip-shaped heating wire wrapped around it, insulated between two other mica boards, and further protected by a stainless steel plate as an outer casing. The power supply typically has lead wires coming out from the thickness part or has terminals (M5 bolts) raised on the surface. If there are obstacles such as bolt heads on the mounting surface, it is also possible to pre-process the plate heater with holes or notches to accommodate them.
