Using yuzu grown in Kochi Prefecture, nurtured by the warm climate and rich nature of southern Tosa, we make sure to utilize every part of the fruit after extracting the juice. The peels left after juicing retain a strong fragrance, and we extract this aroma without using any solvents, resulting in pure yuzu distillate water and oil.
