The REACH regulation functions as a condition for transactions with companies within the EU, rather than simply determining "whether it can be complied with or not." Even if you are not directly exporting to the EU, if there is a possibility that components or materials are incorporated into final products and distributed within the EU, you may be required to provide explanations within the supply chain.
