Ehime Manufacturing Co., Ltd. primarily engages in integrated production of various processed materials and special steel, utilizing a 10M long lathe as our key asset. With the cooperation of our partner companies, we aim to minimize the burden on our customers and deliver products as close to the final form as possible through integrated production. Based on years of accumulated experience, we handle material selection, delivery management, processing methods, and create rough processing drawings, while accurately selecting tools and setting programs with a focus on safety, high efficiency, and consideration for subsequent processes. Even for high-difficulty items, we devise ways to manufacture efficiently by creating jigs.
