Orbilink offers 4-inch 4H-N SiC wafers manufactured by TanKeBlue in stock for sale. We can provide dummy grade and ZMP grade (Zero Micropipe Production) for customers who need to procure 4-inch SiC wafers immediately for research and development, equipment evaluation, or prototype considerations. The thickness is 350μm, and the surface finish is double-sided CMP, with consultations available based on application needs. Additionally, Orbilink has established a support system in direct collaboration with the manufacturer as the official distributor of TanKeBlue in Japan. We can accommodate small lot requests, specification confirmations, inventory checks, immediate delivery, issuance of inspection certificates (CoA), price consultations, and custom orders, providing detailed support for both research and development and evaluation purposes. TanKeBlue is recognized as a supplier with a wide range of products in the SiC substrate field. (SiC ingots, SiC as-cut wafers, and SiC epi-wafers are also available.) Please note that due to the end of mass production at the manufacturer, the timing for the next production and arrival is currently undecided, and therefore, the current stock is limited.
