The Saitama Prefectural Industrial Promotion Corporation, established by Saitama Prefecture in April 1973, is a public foundation aimed at promoting small and medium-sized enterprises within the prefecture. It has initiated human resource development projects and information services, as well as management support projects such as management innovation, consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises, and dispatching experts. It also promotes the creation of new businesses through industry-academia collaboration and provides support for intellectual property. In recent years, in response to the growing need for digital transformation, it has focused on supporting the utilization of digital technologies and is strongly supporting the DX promotion of companies within the prefecture.
