It transitioned to its current structure following the acquisition of the joint venture company (JCH) between the Bosch Group and Hitachi Ltd. and Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI). It has become a core company responsible for the manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of the "Hitachi Air Conditioning" brand in Taiwan.
