The measurement principle captures the change in distance between the nozzle of the air plug gauge and the object being measured as a change in air pressure. A differential pressure measurement called a "balanced pneumatic bridge" and an amplifier that electrically amplifies the signal are used to obtain the measurement value.

The "M2 Wave" is a high-precision wireless electric snap gauge. This is a mechanical manual gauge ideal for measuring the outer diameter of shaft-shaped workpieces such as transmission shafts, crankshafts, and camshafts. Two types are available by changing the setup: a model for 5-30mm and a model for 30-70mm.

This is an electronic manual ring gauge with a built-in full bridge (LVDT) transducer that supports outer diameter measurements from 4 to 100 mm. It is ideal for measurement points close to the shoulder. It can be used to measure directly on the workpiece, or it can be used as a simple bench with optional support.

You can directly measure the workpiece held inside the machine or attach it to an optional gauge stand, inserting the workpiece side for bench use. Zero adjustment of the measuring tool is unnecessary, allowing for a simple and quick setup change by just moving the fixed side.
