We would like to introduce a case where Rimburgs implemented our "GOX-5103C-PGE CMOS Color Camera" to verify whether the thermal pad is adhered to the correct position on the aluminum heat sink. Quality control of electronic components is extremely challenging due to the very small size of the inspection targets, the mass production of these components, and the need to conduct inspections relatively quickly for production efficiency. The latest system equipped with JAI's SP-45001-CXP4 camera demonstrates excellent performance in color measurement and analysis. This CMOS camera, part of JAI's Spark series, features an extremely high resolution of 45 megapixels and a high bit depth of 14 bits, and can operate in HDR (High Dynamic Range) mode. We would like to introduce a case where Aristurtle has implemented our Go series cameras to work on the development of a fully autonomous system. In autonomous vehicle racing, the most critical technology that determines success is machine vision. Fully autonomous racing cars, which do not have drivers, require advanced and efficient machine vision hardware and software to understand track limitations and road conditions. The company selected two JAI Go series cameras and installed them diagonally under the main hoop of the autonomous racing car "Thetis." Both cameras are used to provide image data to a neural network model for object detection.
