At Pilot, we can manufacture holes with a minimum diameter of φ0.02mm and a length of 100mm using our unique extrusion molding technology. Both the outer and inner diameters have a dimensional accuracy of ±5%, and the variation within the same lot is even smaller. We can also create through holes with combinations of different shapes and hole diameters.
