Through VA and VE, we will collaborate to improve your equipment into a competitive and value-added product by reducing costs, enhancing quality, and shortening delivery times.

In the process of improving design, we analyze the entire structure of the equipment, making it possible to solve all issues related to quality, delivery time, and cost. In terms of cost reduction, we achieve an average cost reduction of 40-50% (only applicable to machined products). In our past maximum achievement, we achieved an 80% cost reduction. Our company directly conducts value analysis and improvement design for our customers' equipment.

Business Activities

We provide technology that enables differentiation from competitors and improvement into high-competitiveness equipment by conducting a manufacturing revolution, seeking appropriate productivity and manufacturability through analysis without changing the specifications required by customers using VA (Value Analysis) and VE (Value Engineering) with 3D CAD for cost reduction, quality, and delivery time improvement. Even for existing equipment, we redesign using 3D CAD from 2D drawings to understand the current situation and identify issues.
