The tube comes in eight colors in the Rainbow series for identification purposes. We also offer the service of inserting optical fibers into the tube using a special vibration machine.

A stainless steel flexible tube is treated with flame-retardant PVC coating to firmly and flexibly protect optical fibers, allowing them to be handled like electrical wires. It is compatible with optical fibers such as GI/SM/HPCF/MGF/tape core wires. Eight colors of PVC coating (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, white, gray, black) are available to aid in the identification of optical fiber cables. We offer a variety of optical connectors to prevent issues such as breakage of optical fibers at the connector part. Products with up to 8 cores are standardized, and pico-flex cables with lengths of 500m or more can be utilized. Additionally, we have a pico-flex code type that uses thin cables at the branching terminal of the optical cable to increase wiring density. We also provide pico-drums that allow for the winding and movement of pico-flex cables for emergency and broadcasting use. The standard product features an SC connector, 4 cores, a length of 120m (240m is also available), and weighs 10kg. It is possible to connect two or more pico-drums together.

It is non-dust generating, easy to handle, and has good workability, with no individual differences in operation. Its palm-sized, lightweight design allows for safe and easy use in manholes and at job sites such as termination points. The wiping tape is replaceable and economical, capable of cleaning the connector end face over 400 times with one tape. *There is also a stick-type version for cleaning inside sleeves.

At Hagi Tech, we manufacture custom tubes such as special sizes, various thermoplastic resin tubes, pipes, and rubber tubes. For general sizes and small diameters, there is basically no mold cost. Sizes can be specified in 0.1mm increments, allowing for high dimensional accuracy in production. The "PST" is a metal tube temperature sensor that contains an optical fiber with a positive excess length within a metal tube. Its purpose is to prevent excessive tension on the optical fiber caused by thermal expansion of the metal tube when the sensor is used in high-temperature environments, which can lead to increased transmission loss or disconnection. The excess length ratio is designed appropriately considering the temperature range to be measured, the type of metal tube, and installation conditions. The "PSS" is a metal tube containing an optical fiber that has a negative excess length, and the optical fiber is intermittently fixed to the metal tube by crimping. It is a metal tube optical fiber strain sensor. By installing the sensor under tension, it is also possible to measure compressive strain. "Aspile Tie" is a product that can bundle fiber optic cables and high-quality cables without damaging them. It is suitable for temporary bundling as it allows for easy bundling and removal. Additionally, it is resistant to vibrations and humidity, maintaining the bundled state. It comes in a standard reel type, with black as the standard color.
