PEEK tubes are ultra-heat resistant (continuous use at 260°C), flame retardant (UL standard VO), steam resistant (can be used continuously in steam and hot water), fatigue resistant, chemical resistant (excellent resistance to acids and alkalis at high temperatures), radiation resistant, compliant with food sanitation laws (compliant with Food Sanitation Law No. 370), excellent in anti-friction and wear resistance, and can be manufactured with a minimum inner diameter of φ0.05*0.1 (outer diameter). There are standard and custom products available, with custom products not requiring mold costs. Additionally, due to their smoothness, they allow for easy threading of optical fibers and other materials. Tubes for liquid chromatography (HPLC) and piping are available starting from a minimum inner diameter of φ0.025.

The cold and heat resistance of polyimide is -269°C to +400°C. Its cold and heat resistance, which surpasses that of fluorine-based resins, is attracting attention from various industries. However, polyimide is a material that is difficult to process due to its insolubility, non-fusibility, and non-flammability. Therefore, when using polyimide as a wiring insulation material, polyimide film was typically spiral-wound and bonded with adhesive to create tubing. This method does not fully utilize the cold and heat resistance of polyimide. Consequently, we developed a seamless polyimide tube through integral molding.

EXLON micro fluoropolymer tubes are ultra-fine fluoropolymer tubes suitable for applications that require higher precision. The standard material for regular stock items is PFA, but production can also be accommodated using other fluoropolymers such as FEP.

This is a two-layer tube with a fluoropolymer PFA in the inner layer and a barrier fluoropolymer in the outer layer. It excels in barrier properties against acids, ammonia, and other substances, reducing adverse effects on surrounding facilities due to permeation. The strength is the same as that of conventional PFA tubes.

EXLON-THV soft fluoropolymer tubing is made from a special thermoplastic fluoropolymer that significantly improves flexibility. Conventional fluoropolymer tubing is difficult to install in narrow spaces or movable parts due to its rigidity, requiring bending, flexible processing, or coiling. With EXLON-THV soft fluoropolymer tubing, piping can be done without any processing. Additionally, because EXLON-THV soft fluoropolymer tubing is amorphous, it has excellent transparency, allowing it to transmit a wide range of light from visible light to ultraviolet and infrared regions.

The PFA-NE tube is a tube equipped with a striped conductive PFA section on the outer surface of the PFA tube. Due to the shielding effect of the conductive PFA section, it is ideal for preventing fire accidents caused by spark discharge from a flammable gas atmosphere to the outer surface of the tube.

The PFA-AS tube is a tube that has a conductive striped PFA section on its inner and outer surfaces, made from our PFA tube. It prevents insulation breakdown of the tube caused by the transfer of organic solvents, fuels, refrigerants, powders, vapors, etc., and allows for visibility of the internal fluid.

PRL tubes are PTFE tubes with spiral grooves. They are extremely flexible, have a small bending radius, and excel in low friction and non-stick properties. They have minimal pressure loss for fluids and are less likely to have fluid adhesion to the inner walls of the tube.

This is a type that eliminates the internal adhesive properties of Thermoflon [Basic] and enhances chemical durability and gas barrier properties.

Carlitz is a groundbreaking product that possesses excellent chemical resistance of Teflon and fluoropolymer, surpassing the heat resistance of conventional fluororubber, while also incorporating the elasticity of rubber. Its chemical resistance demonstrates stability against most chemicals, including ethers, amines, ketones, oxidizers, organic solvents, fuels, acids, and alkalis, which are difficult to use with conventional fluororubber. In terms of heat resistance (based on the results of compression set tests such as JIS K6301), it relatively maintains its physical properties even at high temperatures close to 300°C. Therefore, for example, when Carlitz components are used as sealing materials in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, longer seal life, reduced maintenance costs, and lower contamination are expected.

Exlon-PVC UL tubing is a flame-retardant electrical insulation vinyl tube made in accordance with UL and CSA standards.

It has the highest heat aging resistance (125°C level) among vinyl tubes. Furthermore, it is a high-level electric insulation vinyl tube that excels in electrical insulation, abrasion resistance, heat deformation resistance, and flame retardancy.

The Exlon Soft Eco Tube is a newly developed environmentally friendly flexible elastomer tube.
