By changing the structure (interlocking) of the casing tube, the interlocking part becomes very strong, making it resistant to twisting, pulling, and bending, while also being lightweight and easy to use.

Insert stainless steel wire into the valley of the casing tube to increase the bending radius. It is also possible to create any desired bending radius by changing the wire diameter and material. A super lightweight and strong titanium version can also be produced (however, the wire material will be stainless steel). It is highly flexible and resistant to repeated bending. Doubling the stainless steel wire enhances the stability and flexibility of the outer diameter dimensions. Due to its lack of expansion and contraction, it is ideal for protecting optical fibers, especially quartz-based optical fibers and hollow optical fibers.

It is ideal for protecting thin and small-bend optical fibers and cables. Additionally, due to the effect of the metal braid (blade), it is possible to transmit rotational torque, allowing it to advance through a pipe with bends while being twisted. Typically, this liner blade tube is coated with resin to provide waterproofing and is used in applications such as industrial endoscopes and medical endoscopes.

A stainless steel round wire material wound into a tightly coiled spring shape. Multiple strands are wound at once, creating an ultra-flexible wire guide. It is strong against tensile loads and is particularly suitable as a wire outer guide for medical and industrial endoscopes.

For rotational transmission, a steel wire or piano wire is tightly wound in the opposite direction with thin inner lines as shown in the diagram, providing flexibility and strength to transmit torque. Hollow types can also be manufactured. Even if the shaft is cut, it will not unwind due to the anti-rebound treatment.

By making it hollow, optical fibers, electric wires, and the like can be inserted into the flexible shaft, allowing for torque transmission. As a result, it can be used for various applications. It can be manufactured with an inner diameter of φ0.4 or larger.

A tube that can maintain a constant shape when bent, has no expansion or contraction, features a cotton thread packing in the mating part, and has a simple waterproof structure. It can be used for fluids and powders, and due to its excellent vibration absorption, larger diameter types are suitable for underground protective pipes. Surface treatment is also possible (various plating, painting, coating, etc.). It is ideal for the protection and decoration of fiber optic light guides and microphone stands, among others.

The minimum outer diameter is φ2.42 and can be manufactured. The tube can smoothly bend while maintaining its shape in a bent state with a thin diameter, and it is lightweight. By applying a coating (such as heat shrink tubing), the appearance is enhanced, and it has waterproof properties.

The DFM series is the standard type in our lineup, combining SWB (hard steel wire) and SWR (soft steel wire). It is the strongest flexible tube with stable quality and reduced mass production costs. Various applications are possible, including different types of plating, painting, and heat-shrink tube coatings, as well as flexible stands and reinforced flexible arms.

The ND5 series is a rust-resistant stand flexible tube that combines nickel-plated wire and brass wire. It is currently used in the most products in our lineup, including microphone stands, tabletop LED stands, and vehicle-mounted LED stands, and has earned trust due to its stable quality.

The DFS series is a rust-free stand flex that combines stainless steel wire and brass wire. It is a high-end type within our lineup, but like the DFM series, it has been manufactured since our founding, and we have a track record and trust built over many years of use. The standard specification is a lower winding of SUS304, but we can also produce custom-made SUS316 products upon request. Pricing, delivery time, and lot quantities are subject to consultation.

The stainless steel thin-walled welded pipe is processed into a corrugated shape, excelling in airtightness, flexibility, vibration absorption, and pressure resistance. It can be used in bent shapes. The DFA series is an unprecedented, newly developed ultra-lightweight flexible tube that combines stainless steel wire in the lower section and aluminum wire in the upper section. It is the ideal flexible tube for products that require lightness, such as headsets, and can be directly covered with heat shrink tubing without the need for pre-treatment.

The SFS series is our highest quality flexible tube in the lineup, using all stainless steel wire (SUS304) for both the lower and upper sections, minimizing rust and creaking sounds. This is a tube that can maintain its shape when bent.
