シグマ紙業 Product Lineup

The "Sigma Smart Tray" is a fully automated tube tray filling machine that automates the entire process from tray molding to filling and boxing. It assembles trays from blank sheets of thick paper and automatically supplies 10 tubes of ointment. Furthermore, it consistently performs a series of processes, including accumulating either 1 tray or 5 trays and packing them into an outer box, without human intervention. As a company well-versed in the properties of paper, we can propose suitable blank sheets (packaging materials) that maximize the performance of this machine. 【Features】 ■ Complete automation from tray molding to accumulation and boxing ■ Low-cost, space-saving design replacing the roundation method ■ Optimization of material management through the use of blank sheets ■ Support for stable operation with the supply of suitable packaging materials for the machine *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
