Performing G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) assays using live cells in a high-throughput manner is an important part of the drug discovery process for small molecules. By combining the Fluent laboratory automation solution designed for live cell assays with the DiscoveRx PathHunter β-Arrestin human and ortholog GPCR assay kits, 384-well plate-based assays can be executed in high throughput.
