The "2-way 3-port valve (flicker type)" is a composite valve designed with an even more compact body for our 2-way 3-port block valve, minimizing dead space to the utmost. The two valve actuators are laid out in a horizontally opposing position on either side of the central body. High Purity Gas Valve "LOTO Valve"

Prevention of erroneous operations due to human error! High-purity gas LOTO valve that can be used in both OPEN state or OPEN-CLOSE states.
